Non-Dealer speedo-recalibrate option?

Is there anyway to recalibrate my speedometer without going back to the dealer? I will do just about anything to avoid them if possible. I am looking at going to the 295 Nitto tire which looks like about 606 revs to the mile. My stock 265s are about 638. I use my truck in business and write off the mileage so I do not want to give up any $$ to the tax man by recording a false lower mileage on my trips. Thanks
