DD stageII vs. Bosch 215's

How do the stage 2 injectors measure up to the stock 215's.Right now I only have the 180's(I guess I do since it is a 97 auto. from Cal.)would getting the stage 2's be much different than upgrading to the 215's.
Also I am going to put a #6 plate in,will the new injectors still add as much as with a stock plate or when you start changing plates do you have to go to still BIGGER injectors to notice an improvement on power.
