Kick Down Cable Adjustment

I, at the very least need to check this adjustment. Can anyone explain to me how to go about doing this adjustment? Thanks

95 Reg. cab, DTT transmission and torque converter, #10 plate, 3K GSK, AFC kit, 215 injectors, cat was evicted, 191 delivery valves, turbo saver, BHAF , and full gauges.
