Help, need torque specs on Flywheel and bellhousing

Just put in a new real main seal while the clutch & flywheel is out for the 13" SB and forgot the specs on the flywheel bolts and the transmission bellhousing on both ends.
Also, does anyone know the torque specs on the flywheel bellhousing so I can check before I put the flywheel on?
