IHI Turbo?

Anyone ever use an IHI turbo on their truck?
I have a chance to possibly get one for free through my work cuz we will not be using them anymore and I was wondering where I could get a turbine to make it work for my engine.
The compressor wheel measures about 73mm and the turbine wheel measures about 84mm, I don't have exact, but those are just quick metric ruler measurements. I know those wheels are a bit big, and I don't plan on going to twins at all, just want to stick with a single, so how much fuel would anyone guess I have to throw through the engine to make that turbo work? Would maybe just some 370s on top of some 191 DVs do the job or would I still be "over turboed" for the application?
Also, anyone know what size the wheels are in a B1 turbo as that is my other option right now for a larger single?
