Unhappy Oil everywhere, somethings really bad. Help!

OK guys I really need some help here... have had a slight oil leak for about a month that I couldn't find. Tonight on the way home I got on it pretty good on my road and when I pulled in the driveway I hear this whining sound. (like a race car with a blower...?) Anyways I jump out of the truck, but leave it running and there is oil POURING out the front of the engine and something is making a grinding noise in the front of the engine. The oil is coming out of one of the pullies. In the center of the engine there is the main one coming out for the main crank, above that is the one that runs the fan, this one is the smaller one just left of those 2. (as you face the truck) Oil is pouring from there and that is where the griding noise if coming from. What exactly is that? I thought maybe water pump, but oil wouldn't come from there would it? It's bad enough that I know I shouldn't be driving it. If someone could tell me what that is and how hard of a job is it to fix? If someone has had this repaired by someone else, what did it cost. I have some more hay I need to deliver this week and this is really not a good time. (never is, right?) Thanks guys. I appreciate ever comment I get. Jeff in Ohio
