Minnesota plate sliding and timing

Hey fellas just wondering if there is anyone in the minneapolis area who could help me slide my stock plate forward. I already turned the starwheel up and I am reading on here that sliding that stock plate forward can give about 30-50 more rwhp. also I would like to advance my timing to 16* and a little more smoke would be awesome if anyone could help that would be great. im not to good at these things.
