I've got a stumble from the new 370's

I've got a stumble from the new 370's

right about 1500-1800 rpm. If i punch half way to the floor it jumps around real hard. I blead the lines twice so i think the air is out. What else should i be looking at? Do i need to tighten the gov springs a notch?
