Flywheel resurfacing?

Going to replace the clutch and was curious about everyones thoughts about resurfacing the flywheel. The Dodge repair manual states not to but nearly every clutch company states to do it. Flywheel appears fine without burn marks or obvious problems. Thanks, Anthony
