Found my oil leak - have questions

I just picked this truck up last night - the previous owner mentioned a pan gasket leak and a front cover leak. I start searching for it and find the oil leak and notice behind the injector pump I have a Bosch piece part # 2-425-209-158 that has four bolt holes with zero bolts. I have no clue if it was unbolted or they rattled out. What part is this? I called dodge and they had no clue and I don't have a service manual yet.
