hard starting 95

Hello all, first post in a while, just had the 215 inj installed last week. Wow, what a difference from stock inj. The truck seems to take a couple extra turns of the starter to get going, is this normal for these injectors? The truck has a 10 plate,3k, freeflow exhaust,cold air intake. Oh yeah, what would I be runing for HP/TQ now? Thanks, Dean
