I Need Help

I need to know how many bolts are there suppose to be in the torque converter of my 94 dodge. it is an auto so let me know.I also am wondering why in the morning when i start my truck it revs up for a second.i dont push the pedal or anything it just revs to about 2200 rpm and then drops. i need to know whats going on.
