studs?

At what point do I need to look at running different studs, and possibly a different hg, I am seeing about 35 psi of boost on a good up hill or if i really get on it. This is all with an empty truck too. Also should i be looking for a little bit bigger turbo as well? #6 fuel plate, BHAF, 5" exhaust, timming I am just looking for some imput before i find myself on the side of the road.
