Adjust Timing
is there anyone in the ALBANY GA area that knows how to advance the timing on my fuel pump????i have never done this before but i would like to learn how to do it. i dont want to take it to the diesel shop here because it could get costly

1998 2500 12 Valve w/#8 plate slid forward  twin 5inch stacks, K&N air fliter, 33" tires, 370's, hx35/40 turbo.  but still won't roll the smoke
