questions about 12 valve build up

I am looking for some information and ideas for the rebuild of my 96 12valve-215p-pump motor. It hurt number 6 piston and should be fine with a hone job, but may need to be bored-The piston cooler got pluged. This engine will have a built automatic behind it and some day will have a set of towing twins, but for now it will have a pdr hx35, ATS exhaust, a camshaft, o-ring the head and hopefully some prting for now. I will be driving it like it was stolen and towing alittle 10,000 trailer about a 1/4 of the time. I am wondering about coated pistons and type of pistons(alum-industrials) I will be having it balanced to help it run smoother. Does anyone know of a good machine shop in nor-cal to have this done at? Thanks for all of your input. Adam
