4 gsk and valve spring install question

I'm putting in a 4 gsk tomorrow I wouldn't mess with vavle spring but I drag race the truck so I'll be running higher rpm's the question is what is the best way to change the spring especially the number 6 cylinder and what type of spring compresor is best I have some but not sure they will work for number 6 cylinder and help would be great.
