Delievery Valve questions!

A couple of DV questions gentlemen. I have a 96' w/ a 215 pump. This means my DV's are 181's correct? Is it worth it to put 191's? Keeping in mind that I have 370 injectors. Also do you really get 40hp gain? Also I am told this is a simple instal job....I have done all the mods on my truck myself, but I am TOTALLY ingnorant when in comes to the DV's...is there a resource for install infomation etc? Thank you for the help I am not soo savvy on DV's.
