need a fake muffler!!!!

My truck has to go for emmisions soon and because they do a visual check I need to have a muffler installed, however I don't feel like buying a muffler and then have to take it in and out all the time. I like the sound of straight pipe too much. I have heard of fake mufflers which are straight pipe with a muffler shell. Does anyone know who makes these.
