Got problem with automatic tranny

It wants to jump out of overdrive and back in at 63 miles a hour. Its in and out very rapid about 10 times but if I increase the speed up to 70 its stops and also below 63. What the problem.This is the first big trip with the rebuild tranny pulling the car trailer.It a 95 Dodge diesel one ton chassie.Beside that everything went smooth.Fuel mileage was 13.7 as the best going out but kept the speed at 60 but comming home 65 to 70. I did not check mileage comming home afraid too.It was 900 miles going out and the same comming back,From Waynesburg,Pa. to Clear Lake,Iowa. Lots of corn fields.
