Oil Leak

Ive got a bad oil leak coming from the rear of the motor. After a driving awhile theres a good sized oil spot maybe 7" diameter plus various other little spots here and there. Got under there today and the bottom of the trans adapter where it bolts to the engine is soaked with fresh oil. Specifically between the flywheel (NV5600) and the motor. I shut it down, wiped everything clean, started it up and had to wait maybe 4-5 minutes before I saw any leaks. Both sides (corners) of the trans adapter right where it meets the outside corners of the oil pan is where the leak is coming from. There is nothing coming from the backside of the pan, just the outside corners. Idling there isnt much of a leak so I take it for a drive. When I returned the whole underside of the trans and trans adapter is soaked with fresh oil. Any ideas?? Maybe rear main seal?? What else?? Maybe oil pan gasket?? Man, I dont really want to drop the tranny if I dont have to. Maybe Ill snug up the oil pan bolts on the back corners and see what happens. Any other ideas??

Thanks,
Chad
