lol, newbie mistake on lever arm adjustment

I've adjusted the lever arm a bunch of different times... just did it a month or so ago on my old 98...

for WHATEVER reason... (tired? yeah, I'll just go with that... I was tired ) I tried adjusting the OTHER adjustment back there... lever arm didn't come up... so I adjusted it back the other way... nothing...

then the lightbulb goes off and I realize I'm adjusting the wrong thing...

that that thing must adjust the relationship between the lever arm and the rack because my idle is now at 900 instead of 800

oh well, the thing seems to run alright and it sure starts easy now!
