Flex plate PT#

Could anyone post the part # for a stock cummins flex plate. Dave Gorend says I should get one with my tranny install and with the cummins # I can oder it from through the shop my brother works at. Maybe I can save a few $$$$. Thanks.

I came into this world with nothing, and still have most of it left.

96 2wd, 2500 XC LB, 225K, Gorend Triple Disk tranny, custom cut fuel plate, BHAF, ISSPRO Boost & Pyro, Lockup Switch, TPS in the dash, 2"front lift, rear Helwig 3500# overloads.
