Cracked Fuel Line

Howdy all. I have a slight problem. The metal fuel line between the fuel filter and the injection pump developed a crack. So it needs replaced. I can't get one anytime soon so was thinking about using rubber fuel line I have left over from a GDP kit and using diffent fittings to replace the banjos. Is this possible, and if it is what size fittings/thread are the fuel filter and p-pump?
