rough idle and knocking sound

rough idle and knocking sound
I have a 98 12 v runs good but i noticed latley it has a rough idle around 1200 rpm and a pretty good knock coming around the lift pump area? Any ideas im also running a #10 plate 14 deg timming bigger injectors.
