should I buy it??

Ok guys, I am a 3rd gen guy, but I have the chance to buy a 98 12valve extended cab. The truck has a DTT tranny w/stock output shaft, HX-40 turbo, #4 plate, egt, boost and tranny guages. The drivers door is dinged pretty good but the interior and the rest of the truck are in great shape. 134k on the truck and 30k mi. on the tranny, the guy selling it is the trans installer and the installer of the trans in my 3rd gen in other words I trust 'em not to screw me for a buck. My price is $11,500, should I do the deal??? Note, I want a 12v in my stable. After all they don't make 'em anymore.
