free 3gsk?

i would like to know about this 3gsk thing using1/2inch washers?where do i put them?how do i get to where they go?what is the inside,outside diameter of each washer?and the thckness of each washerand how many?and what about the adjustment i hear about?and if its the star wheel it is in the stock place.also what would i gain by moving mytst#5fuel plate all the way forward?thanks

i now have 1995 2wd5speed,,,pyroand boost gauges ,kdp fixed , 4 inch turbo back,no muffler 6 inch stack bhaf remember rust never sleeps ,!!!love that cummins.
