bhaf filter or k&n?

i now have k&n filter that i have not installed yet.i was reading that these are a bad things for our diesels.so i think i am gonna get a bhaf.can i get one at napa or carquest?and what is the part#?what do you guys think?thanks

i now have 1995 2wd5speed,,,pyroand boost gauges ,kdp fixed , 4 inch turbo back,no muffler 6 inch stack bhaf remember rust never sleeps ,!!!love that cummins.
