Injector installation Q's?

I just bought a set of 370's second hand from someone to just get a set of injectors in the truck till I can get a hold of some DDP stage 4's. (sold the stockers)

Where do I get the copper washers I need? All I have is the 6 injectors....

Is there any specific way to drop these puppies in? I know taking them out was a hassle. Anything I need to look out for?
