fuel shut off solinoid

Someone mentioned a while ago about getting a replacement fuel shut off solinoid from TST for $175.00 Does any know what TST is? A web site or phone number? I'm also looking at fostertruck.com for one. Anyone know where to get the best deal? Thanks...
