clutch travel and air?

i put a new 13inch clutch along with flywheel about a month ago.it was the miles and the pump mods.my problem is air in the system.i put it back together and running i had a hard time with reverse and 1st.so i was told i had to replace the whole system.it cant be bleed.so i took the cyl off the bell housing and pumped it in and out about 10 times,well it worked like new ,now today the air is back.so now what do i do?has anyone else had this happen?it was perfect before it just slipped bad.how much is the whole system?and where to get it cheapest but still good stuff?thanks

i now have 1995 2wd5speed,,,pyroand boost gauges ,kdp fixed , 4 inch turbo back,no muffler 6 inch stack bhaf remember rust never sleeps ,!!!love that cummins.
