Noise In 5th Gear?

Is this the beginning of a problem? Driving home from a business trip recently I think I'm starting to hear a very faint chatter in 5th gear. Shift to 4th and it's quiet. Back to 5th and it's there, but very, very faint. Kinda like a bearing squeal. The "5th gear nut problem" has been fixed by the previous owner and I changed the trans fluid 3,000 miles ago. Any ideas?

'98 12v 3500 quad cab dually, white, 5 speed, 3.54 LSD. Glastite 2000 canopy. Torklift "Superhitch". Looks to be stock, no mods.
