913 CALIFORNIA PUMP,whats the difference?

I just bought a p7100 off ebay from california for my 95 motor i am building.I wanted to know what differences there were between the pumps.Heres the pump with pics of serial plate.Thanks to the vast TDR knowledge someone will know all the specs to this pump.I was just gonna do a 4000k gov ,LC dv,and custom 10 plate for a daily driver.Whats your experienced opinions only please.
