Turbo Seals?

Ok, so, installed my HTB2 a little while ago (few months). I had trouble getting the oil drain tube to not hit the compressor housing. I called HTT, and they told me, I might have to clearance the tube a little bit. Well, after "clearancing" the tube of more than half it's diameter, I call them back, and they tell me to try to bend it. After a while, I call the Cummins dealer for a new drain tube. He tells me that I could cut the drain tube, and hook up a heater hose, and should be alright.

Later on, I start getting white smoke coming out my exhaust. It wasn't blue at all, so I started chasing fuel problems. Checked out fuel lines, lift pump, timing, all that stuff. The problem just gets worse. Then I started thinking, ok, maybe it's oil. Started looking into the vacuum pump, high crankcase pressure, etc. Found the cruise control vacuum line broken, so I capped it off. Still nothing. This whole time, it's getting worse. I start to notice oil dripping out of the tailpipe.

Yesterday, I was thinking about it, and I was thinking. Hmm, I wonder about that oil drain. I look at it, and the once pretty sturdy heater hose was soft and collapsed in on itself. So, I'm thinking the oil is being pushed out through the turbo seals. Now, my question is, is once I fix this problem, are my turbo oil seals shot? Also, I ordered a new tube from Cummins today, what can I do to make sure it fits? The guy I talked to from HTT, says that he hasn't heard of a problem like that before. Could it be possible that I need to rotate the compressor a little bit? Sorry for the long post, it's been a long and frustrating problem. Thanks in advance.
