nv4500 with pto problem?

i put a pto on the right side pto and it works perfect,but it makes a slight rattling noise.i have put many pto.s on.i know how to shim them.i bought this pto for a 4500.so i know i have the correct one.you can barely hear it but its there.anyone else put a pto on a 4500?it sound like its coming from the pto itself.it does not make i differnce if its on or off.or under load same noise.i tried the paint on the gears and good,and it has about 1/2 inch or a little less play.thank you
