leaky situation #5 injector

hello....
{ counting from front to back of the engine} #5 fuel line that goes into the injector is leaking, or the return line connection, can't tell which, have tighten both, but still getting diesel around that injector, and is dripping down to ground, this happen friday coming back from Reno, when i stopped at inspection station, had to row window down, i smelled diesel, thought damn, anyway finally stopped at rest stop north of auburn, and open hood, had alot of diesel on that #5 injector side, don't know why all of a sudden it started leaking, i tighten it down what i could and took off for home, it's still leaking, i've tighten down hot and cold, loosen it up moved the fuel line tube, a little, retighten, i'm losted now, any ideas what i could do, yesterday's trip about 20 miles didn't produce much of a leak, but still leak a drip ring on concrete driveway..

forgot to mention that when in idle, it feels sorta like a miss, and sounds different also, just in idle though, driving down the road sounds /feels normal...
