Water Temp Gauge

First off I have to mention Brown's Diesel in Riverdale, California, they are an awesome shop and are very knowledgeable when it comes to CTD. I took my recently purchased 96 12 valve to them to have the KDP tabbed as well as some motor modifications. When I got my truck back, I noticed that the water temperature gauge no longer works. Is it possible that something didn't get plugged back in when they put the front end back together after the KDP fix?
