4 inch downpipe question

i rember seeing a special downpipe,instead of hooking to the elbow flange it hooks directly to the turbo with bolts.i know i seen it somewhere but i dont remember where.i have a 4 inch exhaust brake in the exhaust,and i cant get the air to stop leaking at the flange.thanks

i now have 1995 2wd5speed,,,pyroand boost gauges ,kdp fixed , 4 inch turbo back,no muffler 6 inch stack bhaf remember rust never sleeps ,!!!love that cummins.
