High speed rattletrap - feels like truck is coming apart...

In my 97 Dually - when I hit a bad spot in the road my truck starts to pull all the tires off the ground in opposite corners... what the HeII??

Is this linkage or shocks. I have to slam on the brakes and come down to about 20 - 30mph to get it to stop. I mean VIOLENT!!!

What is going on? I just want to fix it right the first time.
