Piston, Cam Choices?

I called woodruff diesel and talked to Doug west he suggested their 2V piston kit with the total seal piston ring upgrade he said that they have a bigger bowl.
I read some posts about the 370 marine pistons witch I am also considering I know they lower compression a good amount
I also don’t know to go with eater the helix 2 or 3 some posts say that the 3 is streetable and some say it is not

Any suggestions and or experiences would be great!!
