oil leak on pan question!!.

how can you fix the front oil pan leak...yes its four wheel drive and yes ive tried over and over gasket sealing it for temporay use haha. buuut i have a go to guy that states it will take pulling the whole motor out and that will cost around 12 hours of service at 50$$ an hour! hmmmmmm input please.
