Prime-loc fuel filter relocator fouls brake boost pipes
I've just fitted a Prime-loc fuel filter relocator from Geno's to my 98 12 valve. The new filter body fouls the far rubber brake boost pipe. If I remove the metal section of that pipe from the plastic pipe clip, and rotate the pipe slightly with the union nut at the master cylinder slackened, I can just fit the new filter. However, the rubber pipe still pushes against the filter body, and the result is not good engineering. The manufacturer states that there has never been such a problem with any other of the thousands they have sold. I have sent them a photograph. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks. Nick.
