fluidampr question?

I have a 1997 dodge 3500 with a 12 valve engine. It's a 4x4 with an auto tranny everything is stock and I would like to turn it up to 400 HP. I know that I have a lot of work ahead of me. I would just like some input on what to do. I have a fluidampr off a 2002 cummins 24 valve I came across and was just wondering if it would fit my cummins 12 valve? Let Me hear your input and advice TDR guys thanks.
