trouble locating coolant temp sensor

Hi, my friends 98 12v had the head changed and the coolant temp sensor did not get replaced and is no where to be found. Trouble is can't seem to find a replacement at napa, rock auto, dealer, and cummins said to go to the dealer. It has two prongs. Any help would be appreciated.
