someone tell me

I'm working on my new to me engine . how to uprate this engine to about the same as the last one which was 240 and 630 a number 6 plate . any ideas would be appreciated.

96, 3500, cpl 1551 with 190 hp 475 torque. Goerend triple lock . 3rd transmission and 2nd motor . I'm hanging but it hasn't been that great.
