Straight Pipe Installation hold-up

I was wondering if anyone had a under-body picture of they're exhaust system on an ext. cab 3500, preferrably a straight pipe to help me out. I am having trouble finishing mine from the rear axle back. I can't tell if I am missing a bracket that should be on the truck or not. I would appreciate your help and advice. Thank you.

Also, does anyone know where I could find 285/55/R16 10 ply e-code BF goodrich mud-terrains? I've heard around that that tire is on hold and isn't being made anymore? not sure. Thank you.
