old tranny worth selling

I have the old tranny and torque converter out of my 97 3500 CTD after I put a DTT tranny in. The return shipping was more than the core charge so I kept it. It has 200,000 miles on it and the transmission shop said it was shifting fine when I had it changed out. So my question is it worth selling and what should I ask for it.
