single turbo - which one? -vender?

I do not pull, or race. I do haul a Truck Camper, truck and camper = 10400 pounds. My mods are in my signature, and have been running the mods for about 5-years with a stock turbo.

I blew my stock turbo today (about 230,000 miles). I have controlled my EGTs with my foot. It would be nice to lower the EGTs. I have never had a reason to go over 30 pounds of boost, and seldom go to 30. I would like to stay with the 3-inch (stock?) down pipe, or reduce a 4-inch turbo to the stock down pipe.

1 What turbo do you suggest, and why?

2 Which vender do you recommend?
