Best compounds/turbo for the money?

I would like to upgrade my stock turbo. I am looking for instant spool or quick spool.

I am starting to search this. It has been a year since I last searched this. I am also wondering if there is anything new since I last search this.

Also I did see they came out with the sequential turbos for the fords......

My other half is asking me how much and which one and I am not sure what to tell her.

I am not sure what hp/tq I am looking for.

I would love to see low 11's-10-s in the 1/4 mile in my 7000 lbs.

Any input would be great.......
