brake booster run out

I lose booster when I'm parking my rig in a tight spot. The brake light comes on and the ABS light comes on and the pedal goes right down to the floor; therefore, I have no brake boost. Is anyone else experiencing the same difficulty with a '96 Dodge with Cummins Turbo Diesel. I had no problem until I started towing a 36' Fifth Wheel. Any help would be appreciated.does anyone have afix or correction to this problem? applying brake pressuredoes not correct the problem. please help!!
