Turbo advice

If you could ever believe that someone is almost done bombing, well that person is me. To make me complete, I am looking for a different turbo housing / turbo. I have in my mind a 16 cm wastegated turbo if that is even possible. The price on a 16 cm non-wastegated turbo is really good though. What are the benifits/drawbacks of a non-wastegated turbo. Have a look at my sig and tell me what you guys think will work well with what I have right now. I was on PDR web site and saw the prices, and Piers modified turbo is about 5x more than a 16cm non-wastegated turbo housing.

P.S. Now that I think about it, my BOMBing is no where near to being done.
